Gaining career capital is by far the best thing you can do for any career path.

What is career capital?

It’s building up a name, reputation, and being so good no one can ignore you.

It means that you’re so good at what you do that you can have flexibility.

Things like:

• Where you want to work
• What you want to do for work
• What type of schedule you want

Any many other components.

One thing I’ll leave you with is – don’t get this confused with being cocky. Career capital isn’t about walking in and telling everyone to listen to you. It’s about having options and loving your craft.
