You may have an interest or a curiosity that leads you down a certain path, but the “thing” that makes you passionate typically isn’t something you can say “I’ve been passionate about this since I was 7”.
It ends up coming from, as Steve Martin (the comedian and actor) said, be so they can’t ignore you. Be undeniably good at something. Once that occurs, you’ll become passionate about your craft.
