When thinking about focus and ultimately what you want to keep your mind on, it can be tough. We, as humans, constantly have several things running through our minds. 

 

Try the following to help you clear your mind:

  • Walk/run or go to the gym
  • Get your thoughts out while you’re getting ready for the day
  • Have a cup of coffee while you’re decompressing from the thoughts and preparing yourself to start the day

Go through those 3 steps and by the end of the cup of coffee, start your day.
